    • the accuracy or completeness of third-party data, or
    • the financial performance of any property identified.

3. Client Responsibility

  • All investment decisions remain your responsibility. You should conduct your own due diligence and seek independent professional, legal, and financial advice.
  • You acknowledge that property values can fluctuate and that investment carries risk.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Proplytics accepts no liability for any loss, costs, or damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the use of our reports.
  • Our total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service purchased.

5. Payment & Delivery

  • All prices are stated in GBP and are payable at checkout.
  • Reports are typically delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page. Delivery times are estimates only.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All research reports and related materials remain the intellectual property of Proplytics.
  • Reports are provided for your personal or business investment use and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without our written consent.

7. Termination & Refusal of Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion; a full refund will be provided if we cancel.
  • We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
