Refund policy

Proplytics provides customised digital research reports. Due to the nature of these Services, refunds are limited as set out below.

1. No Automatic Right to Refund

• Once a report has been delivered, the order is deemed fulfilled and is non-refundable.
• By purchasing a report, you acknowledge you are paying for the research process conducted on a best-efforts basis, not for a guaranteed number of properties or specific outcomes.

2. Exceptions

• Non-Delivery: If a report is not delivered within the stated timeframe and no alternative is agreed.
• Duplicate Payment: If you are mistakenly charged more than once for the same order.
• Technical Error: If a fault on our side prevents completion of your order.

3. Quality Concerns

• If you believe there is a material error, email within 7 days of delivery. We will review and, if appropriate, provide a corrected report. A correction constitutes fulfilment and does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded only if research has not yet begun.
• Once research work has started, cancellation is not possible and the order will be delivered as agreed.
