Proplytics exists because Kevin spent fifteen years doing property due diligence the hard way. As a landlord building and managing a portfolio across the UK, he knew first-hand how much time, effort, and risk goes into evaluating a property, and how often buyers and investors are left relying on incomplete data or gut instinct.
By profession, Kevin is a solutions architect and technical leader with over twenty-five years in the technology sector. He has led engineering teams across both public sector government and private sector organisations, managed complex stakeholder relationships at senior level, and designed systems at the intersection of software development, data engineering, and artificial intelligence. He brought that same rigour to property.
The result is Proplytics, a technology platform that delivers the institutional-grade research Kevin wished had existed when he started investing. Every report reflects the standard he applies to his own portfolio: comprehensive due diligence, verified comparable evidence, and honest risk assessment. No shortcuts, no filler.
