How long does a report take?
Homebuyer Insight, Investor Standard, and Investor Pro reports are typically delivered within 2–3 working days. Portfolio Scout takes 5–7 working days as it covers 6 properties across your chosen area. Turnaround depends on the complexity of the area being researched. What areas of the UK do you cover?
We cover all of England and Wales. Our research uses Land Registry data, local authority records, and publicly available listings to build each report. Scotland and Northern Ireland use different property registration systems and are not currently supported.
